Payments, refunds & delivery.
Srshti products are sold and billed by Srshti Softwares and Design. Each product publishes its own pricing, cancellation, refund and delivery policy.
How payments work
Payments are processed securely by our payment partners, Razorpay and Paddle. We never see or store your full card details. The price, taxes and what you receive are confirmed before you pay.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a product subscription at any time; cancellation stops the next billing period. Refund eligibility is set out in each product’s policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. To request one, contact [email protected] or +91 95678 04584.
Delivery
All Srshti products are digital software services. Nothing is physically shipped. Access is activated online, usually within 24 hours of payment confirmation, and delivered through the product’s app or chat.
